Omorphya Cosmetics Shipping Policy

At Omorphya Cosmetics, we are dedicated to delivering your products safely and efficiently within the United States. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle orders and shipping.


Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Delays: Orders may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or high order volumes. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days from the ship date.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the ship date.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. All orders must have a valid U.S. residential or commercial address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Omorphya Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier or your local post office.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at customerservice@omorphya.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.


Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us at customerservice@omorphya.com immediately. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped.


Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@omorphya.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in processing.
